Do you have
your own packing plant or do you just resell other companies fruit?

Great River Groves has our own packing house where all of your fruit is freshly
picked and packed in the same day. A lot of money is spent all year to ensure
that you are getting only the freshest fruits and that you are receiving them
in the fastest amount of time possible. We are able to do this by owning our
own plant and we have been successfull for 31 years. Below is a picture of our
plant.

Do you absolutely guarantee that the fruit will arrive fresh?
Answer: Our packing house is located at our grove to enable us to
pack our fruit from the tree to you. We absolutely guarantee the fruit to
arrive fresh and delicious.

What assurance will I have
if some fruits require replacements?
Answer: We unconditionally guarantee that all fruits will arrive
in a satisfactory condition. We shall gladly replace, at our expense, any
faulty fruit immediately.

credit card and what protection do I have in this regard?
Answer: Security is our primary concern, especially for online
customers. It is for that reason we are linked to Verisign so that all
information with regard to your credit card remains secure and completely
private.

will my orders be delivered?
Answer: During the holiday period that is from November 10th
to December 10th of each year your orders will be processed packed and
shipped within 72 hours and the Recipients will receive the Packages within
5- 7 days thereafter.After December 11th of each year orders will be shipped
within the same period namely within 72 hours but delivery will take place
within 8-10 days thereafter.At all times the Fruit will arrive in perfect
condition as all our Trucks are refrigerated. All shipments are delivered
to the U.S. Post Office stated on your order who will deliver the
Packages the next working day for a flat fee of $9.95 ($11.95 to Canada). Pleae call us
for special delivery options available to be shipped by Fedex 2/3 days
or UPS Ground 4/6 days we have very competitive shipping additional charges.
